Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 444group ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://444group.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

444group operates under international online gaming licensing. The Company does not operate under any Malaysian government gaming licence — no such regulatory body exists for online gambling in Malaysia. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 444group, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Company operates a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practice and international licensing requirements. Registration by persons under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion order with 444group or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 444group, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must register with accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address that you own and control.

444group reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending KYC completion.

Account Registration & Security

Registration is completed via the online form on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You agree to notify 444group promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support.

Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. 444group will never request your password through any communication channel.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any other person.

444group accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that the Company has fulfilled its own security obligations under these Terms.

Deposits & Payment Methods

444group accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalents:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online Banking, and other FPX-participating banks.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (account-to-account and QR-code transfers).
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to the Account.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. 444group does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. The Company may place temporary restrictions on an Account pending completion of AML review and reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

444group targets processing of approved withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX within 3–5 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of scheduled maintenance, high transaction volumes, or where additional verification is required.

• First Withdrawal: Completion of KYC (identity verification) is required before any withdrawal can be approved. Documents required include a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership.
• Subsequent Withdrawals: Processed subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied in full.
• Pending Withdrawals: Players may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed, provided this option is available in the Account interface. Cancelled withdrawals return funds to the Account balance.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request regardless of prior KYC completion. Withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 in any single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

Bonuses & Promotions

444group offers various promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms (the "Wagering Requirement") before a withdrawal can be initiated. Wagering Requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM250 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and certain other product categories may contribute between 10% and 20%. The exact contribution schedule is published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire at the end of the period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account without compensation.
• Withdrawal Cap: Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit, where applicable, is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available to each eligible player once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — including via multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

444group offers sports betting markets covering, among others, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and e-sports titles. Live betting markets are available on selected events. All bets are accepted subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where a "Cash Out" feature is explicitly available and activated by the Player prior to the relevant event outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error has occurred in the publication of odds, including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors that result in odds materially inconsistent with the prevailing market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event, the Company's decision — made by reference to the official result published by the relevant governing body — shall be final.
• For live casino products, the result displayed by the relevant game software at the conclusion of each round constitutes the final result. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round result is determined by the game server log.

All random number generation (RNG) software used in 444group slot and table game products is independently certified for statistical fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual game titles are published on each game's information page.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444group Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any technological aid that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or loopholes in game mathematics to generate abnormal profits.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched-betting strategies specifically designed to defeat wagering requirements, multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times, or coordinated wagering with other players to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the Platform to facilitate illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.

Account Suspension & Closure

444group reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a Player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a notification from a responsible gambling authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately on receipt and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the Player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 444group Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual content, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444group or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Any right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Any right to use 444group trademarks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444group's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444group shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or suspension of the Platform caused by circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations under Section 04 of these Terms.
• Any legal consequences arising from your accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 444group's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsible Gambling

444group is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely for the entertainment of adults aged 21 years and above. The Company acknowledges that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for a minority of individuals.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding players of the duration and value of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444group holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute in the first instance through the Company's customer support channels. The Company's internal complaints procedure is as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing via the support email address published on this Platform. Include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
2. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the Company's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority for independent adjudication.

The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between language versions.

Amendments to These Terms

444group reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.
